Promotion Name

Potty Plant & Barney Bed $5000 Giveaway (“the Promotion”).

Promoter

Potty Plant Pty Ltd ABN 49618864761, a trading name of Potty Plant and
Excede Pty Ltd ABN 1962565654408, a trading name of Barney Bed
(collectively referred to as “the Promoter/We/Us”).

Eligible Participants

Although promoted in Australia and New Zealand, this is open to participants worldwide in countries that accept PayPal or bank transfers from Australia.
Participants must be 16 years and over.

Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 7.00pm (AEST) on 13th December 2019 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 31st December 2019 (“Promotion Period”).

Prize Details

There is one Prize giveaway. The total prize is $5000 AUD. The winner will receive $3000 AUD and $2000 AUD will be awarded to one of two Australian charities chosen by the winner. The promoter will be responsible for transferring the charity money to the chosen charity.

Payment

The $3000 AUD will be transferred via PayPal or direct bank deposit. If there are bank charges, transfer fees or exchange rate fees these will be deducted from the $3000 AUD.

Entry Procedures

Follow both @thebarneybed and @potty_plant on Instagram.

Like the post and tag 3 friends in the comments. 3 tags = 1 entry. Tag must stay for the duration of the competition and entrant and tagged friends must still be following both accounts when the prize is drawn.

Prize Draw

One winner will be drawn at 7:00pm 1st January 2020 by a random selector. Winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram within 48hrs of the prize draw. If we are unable to contact the winner or the prize is not claimed by the winner, we will draw a second entry and award them the prize.

Public announcement of the winner and chosen charity will be via Instagram within 48 hours after the prize draw.

Charity donation:

The winner must select one of the two Australian charities on offer: FNQ Bush Dog and pups and one other animal charity (to be confirmed by the Promoter 16th December 2019)
The $2000 charity money cannot be redeemed for anything else and must go to one of the two charities.

The prize is valued in AUD

Entrants are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek financial advice prior to the acceptance of their prize. We accept no responsibility for any tax implications  that may arise from accepting this prize.

The money will be transferred by bank account or PayPal. We cannot accept responsibility if your country does not allow money transfers from Australia or Australia does not transfer money to your country. In this case, a new name will redrawn to accept the prize.
