Shipping

Shipping is free within Australia for orders over $250.* Orders under $250 will incur a shipping fee of $12.95. *XL and XXL beds are considered oversized items and will be shipped via courier. Shipping fees will apply, and they will calculate at checkout based on your location. We also offer low-rate international shipping, but please allow extra time for customs clearance. International shipping fees will calculate at checkout based on your location. Duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are not covered by Barney Bed. All in stock items will be dispatched within 2 business days and typically arrive within 2-8 business days depending on your location.

Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on blankets against manufacturing defects only. This warranty applies to defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damages due to rough dog use, which includes but is not limited to; excessive scratching, biting, chewing, digging. Barney Bed will not be responsible for any damages resulting from not following the care instructions. Please see Full Warranty Details on our FAQs page.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. The blanket must be unused, free from dog hair and in brand-new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Beautifully soft and thick fur for warmth and comfort. My greyhound loves it. It’s for a smaller dog though so I’ve ordered the XL too! I don’t know how it washes yet.
