Refunds may be issued within 30 days for unopened, saleable Products. Postage/shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.

Black Friday 2025 Promotion Terms

Our Black Friday sale features discounts of up to 70% off, with prices as marked.

We’re releasing five special surprises throughout the event, in addition to our site-wide discount. Each surprise is valid only until 11:59pm on the day it’s released via email. Sign up to our email list to take part. Offers cannot be extended, swapped, or applied to past orders once your purchase has been placed.

Warranty

Excede's Products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for major failure;
• Repair or replacement for non-major defects.
  

You may make a Warranty Claim within 90 days from purchase. To claim:

• Provide proof of purchase;

Excede will repair or replace valid warranty claims at no charge (excluding postage). The Warranty excludes cosmetic damage, misuse, or modified Products. All implied warranties are limited to the Warranty Period.

Delivery

Delivery ('Delivery Services') is facilitated via third-party companies ('Delivery Service Providers').

Excede is not the delivery provider but merely facilitates the process. In the event of loss or damage during delivery:

• Contact the Delivery Service Provider for compensation;
• Email online@barneybed.com with damage details so Excede can review provider suitability.

Upon termination, legal obligations accrued during the Term remain in effect.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Excede against:

Customer Conduct and Communication

We reserve the right to immediately terminate all and any correspondence if we are threatened, or spoken to in a highly aggressive manner. A level of decency and mutual respect must be maintained throughout all interactions; aggressive language or behaviour will not be tolerated. If this has been breached, communication will cease unless legally required to respond.

Dispute Resolution

Compulsory
Before court or tribunal action, the following steps must be followed unless urgent relief is needed.

Notice
A written dispute notice must outline:

• Desired outcome;

Resolution
Upon receiving notice:

• The parties must attempt to resolve it in good faith within 14 days;

Severance
