When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, all items that are in stock are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Any order placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday (or if Monday is a holiday, the next business day).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Generally, our products take 2-4 business days to arrive. Please note, regional, rural and international destinations may take longer.
Is shipping free?
We provide free shipping for most of our products within Australia. Our XL & XXL beds are sent with a courier service and may incur shipping fees. We offer low rate international shipping fees. Please allow extra time for international customs clearance. Please keep in mind duties and taxes may apply for international orders upon arrival. Duties and taxes are not covered by Barney Bed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we sure do! We ship internationally with low rates. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please keep in mind duties and taxes may apply for international orders upon arrival. If you are in the US, Canada or Mexico you can shop our US Website (barneybed.com).
How do you ship?
We use Australia Post for most of our products. Our larger items, like our XL and XXL bed are sent with a courier service.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information with a tracking link that you can follow via email.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes we can! All items sent with Australia Post can be shipped to a PO Box. However, our larger items, like our XL and XXL bed are sent with a courier service and can not be delivered to a PO Box.
Can I pay extra for express shipping?
We always try to choose express shipping for our customers when possible (for free) however we cannot always guarantee it. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch with us before your item ships.
Where are you shipping from?
We ship from our Sydney based warehouse daily.
Can I pick it up instead?
Yes, that can be arranged by appointment only. Please email us before your order has shipped at online@barneybed.com and we can arrange for your order to be picked up.
What if my delivery goes missing?
Barney Bed will not be responsible for any missing packages provided we have proof of delivery to the correct address. All of our deliveries are carried out with a proof of delivery photo. If you believe your Barney Bed has been delivered to the incorrect address please get in touch with our friendly team and we will help you right away.
