Shipping
Beds in sizes S, M, L and LP always ship free within Australia. XL and XXL beds are oversized items shipped via courier: $79 per XL bed and $99 per XXL bed, Australia-wide. Without a bed, orders of $250 or more (before discounts) ship free within Australia; under $250, there is one delivery fee for the whole order: $12.95, or $19.95 if it includes an item that ships in its own parcel*, plus $9.95 for each extra one. With a bed, accessories travel free in the bed’s carton, and items that ship in their own parcel* cost $19.95 for the first and $9.95 for each extra one, whatever the order total. *Zip covers, Barneycles Towel Covers, Butter Slip Covers and spare foam parts ship in their own parcel. We also offer international shipping, but please allow extra time for customs clearance. International shipping fees will calculate at checkout based on your location. Delivery to New Zealand is $289 per XL bed and $379 per XXL bed. Duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are not covered by Barney Bed.
All in-stock items are typically dispatched within 2 business days outside of sale periods and usually arrive within 2–8 business days depending on your location.

Warranty
We offer a 12‑month warranty on blankets against manufacturing defects only. This warranty applies to defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damages due to rough dog use, which includes but is not limited to; excessive scratching, biting, chewing, digging. Returns & Exchanges
Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. The blanket must be unused, free from dog hair and in brand-new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
