Get Your Cart Ready: terms and conditions

Excede Pty Ltd (ABN 19 625 654 408), trading as Barney Bed, of 466 Oxford Street, Paddington NSW 2021 (the Promoter).

Entries open at 9:00am AEDT on Tuesday 3 November 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday 14 November 2026 (the Promotion Period). For residents of the Australian Capital Territory, the Promotion Period starts at the later of that time and the time the ACT permit for this promotion is issued.

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 or over.

Excluded: directors, employees and contractors of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any agency associated with this promotion.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. A purchase does not increase your chance of winning.

During the Promotion Period, on our Black Friday page at barneybed.com.au/bf, press "Get my cart ready", provide a valid email address and press "Continue", accepting these terms, then add products to your shopping cart at barneybed.com.au.

The entry is made when the email address is provided, the cart saved to it follows the changes you make to your cart, and a link to the saved cart is emailed. An entry is in the draw only if it is made before the Promotion Period ends and its saved cart holds at least one product when the Promotion Period ends.

Each person may enter once, with one email address.

Saving the cart again replaces the previous saved cart and does not create an additional entry. The saved cart at the close of entries is the entry.

There are five (5) prizes, each of equal value.

Each prize is the products in the winner's saved cart at the close of entries, delivered free by standard delivery to an address in Australia. The winner pays nothing, for the products or the delivery.

Each prize is capped at a total retail value of A$1,000 including GST. That value is the products at the prices shown on barneybed.com.au at the close of entries, plus the standard delivery price shown at checkout for that cart. Delivery is A$0 for Barney Bed and BarneyCurl beds in sizes S to LP, $79 per XL bed and $99 per XXL bed, and the same in every state.

Where the saved cart exceeds A$1,000, the winner chooses which items make up the prize.

Total prize pool: A$5,000 including GST. No other prizes are offered.

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If an item is unavailable, the Promoter will supply an equal or better product of the same size, or store credit of equal value.

If a winner bought the same items from the Promoter during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will instead refund that purchase up to A$1,000.

The draw takes place at 8:00am AEDT on Sunday 15 November 2026 at 466 Oxford Street, Paddington NSW 2021.

Winners are selected by computer-generated random selection from all valid entries, each entry having an equal chance, witnessed by an independent person.

Five reserve entries are drawn in order after the winners.

Winners are notified by email, and by SMS where a mobile number was provided, on Sunday 15 November 2026.

Winners' first names and suburb or state are published at barneybed.com.au/cart-ready and in the Promoter's email newsletter on Sunday 15 November 2026.

Results are available to any entrant on request.

Winners must claim their prize by replying to the notification by 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 22 November 2026.

A prize that is not claimed, or whose winner is found to be ineligible, goes to the next reserve entry in the order drawn.

If a prize remains unclaimed, a redraw is held at 10:00am AEDT on Monday 23 November 2026 at the same address by the same method. The new winner is notified and published in the same way that day.

Prizes are dispatched by standard delivery to an Australian address within 14 days of a valid claim, at no cost to the winner.

All valid entrants, other than the winners, receive early access to the Promoter's Black Friday sale prices from Sunday 15 to Wednesday 18 November 2026. Early access is not a prize of the lottery and is available equally to every entrant.

Personal information is collected to conduct the promotion and, with the entrant's consent given at entry, for marketing by the Promoter.

It is handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy at barneybed.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.

The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, generated by automated means, or in breach of these terms. The Promoter's decisions are final.

Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), the Promoter is not liable for any loss arising from the promotion or the use of a prize.

If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may modify or suspend it, subject to any approval required from the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or Google.

Records of the draw and all entries are kept for 12 months after the draw and may be inspected by the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission.
