We draw 5 saved carts, each free up to $1,000 including delivery. If your cart comes to $1,000 or less, the whole cart is free. If it comes to more, you choose which items make up your $1,000. The rest is yours to buy if you want it.

No. Entry is free, no purchase is necessary and you don’t need an account. Just make sure your cart has something in it when entries close, as empty carts aren’t drawn, and choose the right size for your dog.

Australian residents aged 18 or over can win, with one entry per person and one email address. Anyone can save a cart and get Black Friday early access.

Yes, until entries close at 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday 14 November. Switch between your phone and laptop as much as you like: open the link we email you on each, and your changes update the same saved cart. Saving again won’t create a second entry; it just replaces your cart. The cart saved when entries close is the one that counts.

Your cart is saved with your email, and we’ll email you a link to it. Can’t find the email? Choose Find my cart and we’ll send it again. The link works on any phone or computer.

At 8am AEDT on Sunday 15 November, by computer-generated random selection from every valid entry, each with an equal chance, witnessed by an independent person.

We’ll email the winners on Sunday 15 November, and send an SMS too if you gave us your mobile number. You can also check your cart after 9am that day to see if you’ve won. If your cart is then drawn and you bought the same items from us during the giveaway, we refund that purchase, up to $1,000. We match orders to entries, so you don’t need to tell us.
